1) Who We Are
SWIFT Sliding Door Repair provides sliding door repair and related services in Florida.
2) Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
3) Service Area
We serve customers within designated Florida counties and cities. Appointments outside our regular area may incur travel fees or be declined.
4) Estimates, Pricing & Payment
- Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change upon on-site inspection.
- Unless stated otherwise, payment is due upon completion. We may accept cash, card, or other methods as communicated at booking.
- Taxes, disposal, and special-order parts (if any) are additional.
5) Scheduling & Access
- We strive to arrive within the scheduled window. Weather, traffic, or emergencies may cause delays; we will notify you when possible.
- You must ensure safe access to the work area and remove fragile items near the door.
6) Warranty
Workmanship is covered by a limited warranty as communicated on your invoice. Normal wear, abuse, water damage, acts of nature, or modifications by others are excluded.
7) Materials & Parts
We may use OEM or high-quality compatible parts. Manufacturer warranties (if any) pass through to you.
8) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us as early as possible to cancel or change an appointment. Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations or if the technician is en route.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10) Photos & Testimonials
With your permission, we may photograph the work area or use anonymized testimonials for portfolio or quality assurance.
11) Compliance & Safety
We follow reasonable safety practices. You agree to comply with instructions regarding safe use and maintenance of the repaired door.
12) Disputes
We aim to resolve any issue amicably. If a dispute arises, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith. Florida law governs these Terms.
13) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
